Andrew Bartlett Taylor was born to Miles & Carolyn (Bartlett) Taylor on June 4, 1958, in Dallas, Texas.  He passed from this life on June 13, 2024 in Austin, Texas.

Andy was preceded in death by his father in 2007.

He is survived by his wife, Tanna L. Taylor; mother, Carolyn B. Taylor; sisters, Cary Tilton, Phylis Speicher, Susan Clark (Dirk) & Jennifer Taylor (Dan Cervenka), all of Canyon Lake and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Andy Taylor was President of Building Trades at Churchill High School in San Antonio. His skill and knowledge were put to use repairing school buildings and in building a house for the school to sell.

Moving from Hollywood Park to Canyon Lake opened opportunities. Remodeling Bruce's Pizza, building booths and applying matching wood paneled walls, was important.

His legacy remains in all the structures he built for his forever, home, Milieu Terrace, blessing our lives by bringing his bride, Tanna, to live here in 2002.

Memories from his friends included: "He was a big handsome guy with a great sense of humor who loved to fish and hunt."

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to: The American Heart Association.

A Celebration of Life may be held at a later date.
