Aubrie Alissa Blackmon (George) was born to Scott George and LeLese Mere on February 29, 1992 in Port Arthur, Texas. She left this us to be with our Lord Jesus on August 18, 2024.

Aubrie had a HUGE heart! She had countless pets she adopted over the years including dogs, cats, ferrets and hermit crabs. She loved spending time at the beach with her boys and watching movies in bed with her "blankie". She lit up a room with her beautiful effortless smile and never met a stranger. She was loved and complimented by all who met her, even those who only met her a time or two. She was so generous with her time and would do anything for someone in need. She was free spirit with a huge sense of humor and so incredibly smart!

But the most important thing to know about Aubrie is that her 4 boys were the most important, treasured and precious things she had in her life and she talked about them constantly and showed her love for them in so many beautiful ways.

Aubrie is survived by her husband, Cody Blackmon and her sons, Ryker & Abel Hoff and Brooks & Maverick Blackmon; her parents and step-parents Scott & Rosie George and Trent & LeLese Mere; her sister, Chelcie Schroder & her husband, Clayton and her nieces, Ellie and Emmie; her grandparents, Cleo & Roy Marquart and Ken & Rita Brock and numerous cousins.

A Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM followed by a Funeral Service to begin at 10:00 AM, all at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home, 189 N. Seguin Avenue, New Braunfels, Texas 78130, on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.  A procession will follow the service to Hill Country Memorial Gardens,  11700 SH – 46, New Braunfels, Texas 78132, for burial.

After burial service, everyone is welcome to join us at River Crossing Country Club, 500 River Way, Spring Branch, Texas 78070, for time with family, food and drinks.
