Barbara Hutcheson passed from this earth on July 22, 2022 at the age of 73 in New Braunfels, Texas. She was a beloved wife, sister, daughter, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed dearly.

Barbara was born on November 1, 1948 in Galveston, Texas to Charles and Gladys (Flaniken) Shaw as one of three girls along with her older sister Patsy and younger sister Betty. She attended Wilson, Texas schools and in 1965 married the love of her life, Harry Hutcheson and had a long marriage until Harry's passing in 2013.

Barbara's greatest joy in life was taking care of her family and being around them.

She is survived by her children, Ricky, Dana, and Kevin; her grandchildren, Dylan, Colby, Brandin, Gunnar, and Sigurd; a great granddaughter, Remi; and a sister, Betty.

A graveside service will be held at Green Memorial Park Cemetery in Wilson, Texas on Saturday July 30, 2022 at 10:00 am.
