Betty Jean Welch, beloved mother of 3 children, 79, of Spring Branch, Texas, passed away on February 23, 2025, leaving a void her family cannot fill. She was born in Houston in 1945.

Betty was a devoted mother to Stevan Street, John Street, and Amanda Welch, her pride and joys. She always said their birth changed her life for the better, and they felt that in the love and support she provided.

Betty took special joy in helping people and had fond memories of when we were kids and always had a houseful of kids all over the house. She always said her door was open for any of our friends and it sure was.

Betty was preceded in death by Jim Welch, and is survived by Stevan Street, John Street, Amanda Welch, Philip Street, Amber Street, Eric Welch, Dezerae Agne, John Welch, Paisley Rai, and Isabella Renae, who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.
