Cecil Paul Toon passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and cherished memories. Born on August 16, 1941, Cecil lived a life guided by his unwavering Christian faith, which was the foundation of his character and his commitment to serving others.

A devoted husband of 61 years, Cecil shared a lifetime of love and partnership with his beloved wife, Mary Wooley Toon. He was a proud father to his son, Mark Toon, and his daughter, Michele Toon, and he warmly welcomed his daughter-in-law, Courtney Lane Toon, into the family.

Cecil was a loving grandfather to his three grandsons, Woody Smith, Hudson Toon, and Canon Toon and his great granddaughter Lyra Smith.

Cecil's deep Christian faith was evident in the way he lived his life - with kindness, humility, and compassion. He was a source of strength and guidance to his family and a blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Cecil will be buried Monday, February 3, 2025 at 9:00am at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park in New Braunfels, Texas.

The Memorial Service will be Monday, February 3, 2025 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church, New Braunfels, Texas.
