Charles R. Glasgow, 82, of New Braunfels, Texas, peacefully passed away on March 12, 2026.  He was born November 15, 1943, to Charles G. and Lois Odell Glasgow.

Charles retired from Texas A&M University after 24 years of service. He and his wife moved to the quiet countryside of the Texas Hill Country to enjoy his passion for racing homing pigeons.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Jerry Glen Glasgow, and his sister Maida Kinnard.

Charles is survived by Elizabeth, his loving wife of 54 years; His son, Daniel Glasgow, daughter Carrie Sowards and her husband Tim; Grandchildren Breven and Sydney; Great grandchild Konnor.

Charles is also remembered by brother Jimmy Glasgow and wife Joyce, sister Linda Johnson, and several nieces and nephews.
