Christa Lepp, 90, passed away peacefully under hospice care at her residence in New Braunfels on the morning of September 21, 2026. Born on December 29, 1935, in Tornow, Germany.

Christa devoted her life to her family and was well known in the local German community and enjoyed the annual Wurstfest event. Christa alongside her husband were well known for their retail business and their services they provided in New Braunfels.

She is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Anneliese Braun and husband Erwin Lepp. She is survived by her two sons Douglas Lepp (wife Cyndi) and Jeffrey Lepp (wife Diana), grandchildren Curtis Lepp (wife Lacey) and Lindsey Holmbeck (husband Seth) and great grandchildren Chase Holmbeck and Brody Holmbeck.

The family will receive friends from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels. A graveside will be held at 10:00 AM at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park in New Braunfels.
