Don Werner Goudge of San Antonio, passed away Saturday March 11, 2023. He was born the 12th of March 1965 in San Antonio, TX to the late Dawn and James Goudge. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Stanley Goudge. Don is survived by wife Graciela Goudge, his two sons DJ & wife Kristi and Dylan & fiance Hannah, 3 grandchildren James, Amrie and Austin, sisters Dana Beckley and Ginger Stiehler, nieces Sunny, Katie, Jennifer and Taylor and nephew John. He was a proud and loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

Don followed in his fathers footsteps of being a Luby's manager for 15 years and according to his colleagues he was praised for having the best tasting food and best display of food than any of the other restaurants.

In his spare time he enjoyed playing with his grandkids, cooking old Luby's recipes, swimming in the Comal River and Canyon Lake, Kayaking down the Guadalupe River, riding and tinkering with his motorcycles, cruising River Rd with his wife, playing long strategic chess matches deep into the night and screaming at the TV during Cowboys games. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

A memorial service it to be conducted at 3:00 PM on Friday the 31 st of March at the Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home. 189 N Seguin Avenue, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
