Donny Cox, born July 20, 1949, son of Hurshell W. Cox and Johnnie Nell Lewis, passed away May 15, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas after a short illness.

Donny graduated from Amarillo High School 1968, and later received his BBA in Marketing from West Texas State University 1972.  Donny became a Mason in Lubbock, Tx.  He worked in the Food Sales business for 46 years, beginning with Kraft Foods and retiring in 2018 from Tampa Maid.  He loved playing golf, going to the beach, watching University of Texas football, and traveling.  He enjoyed most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

Donny leaves behind his loving wife of 54 years, Sharon. Amazing children, Kelly Cox and Stacy Kuehn, and 6 grandchildren, Justin, Jake, and Jackson, Makenzie, Blaine, and Landon, along with his brother Gary Cox and sister Margaret Gowens.
