On Monday January 3, 2022 Dorothy Ann Barlow, loving mother grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away at the age of 94 after a long life that was well lived . Dorothy was born on September 27, 1927 in Houston, TX .

She is survived by her children Sandra Jackman (husband David Jackman) and Rick Shann (wife Doreen Shann) , 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband C.D. (Tommie) Barlow , parents Richard and Katherine Miller , siblings Richard Miller Jr., Ed Miller, and Lottie Adair (Miller) .

Dorothy loved making memories with friends and family and giving back to her community. She taught Sunday School for many years, was a square dance caller, and volunteered Conroe Regional Hospital.

Funeral service will be held at the Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in Canyon Lake, TX on Friday January 7, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. Dorothy will be laid to rest at the South P ark Cemetery in Pearland, TX on Monday January 10, 2022 at 1:30 p.m.
