Earl Orland Wilkins was born to James William & Cordela (Decker) Wilkins on December 31, 1932 in Mirando City, Texas.  He passed from this life on February 10,  2023 in Canyon Lake, Texas at the age of 90.

He was preceded in death by his parents;  Son, Terry Wilkins and Brothers, William Wilkins, Ernest Wilkins and Teddy Bare.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ida F. Wilkins of Canyon Lake; sons, Larry Wilkins & wife, Rose, of Corpus Christi, Texas and Johnny Wilkins of Canyon Lake; daughters, Debra (Patterson) Wilkins and Earlene Wilkins, both of Corpus Christi; 17 Grandchildren, 22 Great-grandchildren; 5 Great Great-grandchildren,  Brother, Wayne Bare; Sister, Loretta Thompson and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, additional relatives and dear friends.

Earl Served Honorably in the US Army during the Korean War Era. He worked in construction as a Plasterer for over 25 years. While Volunteering at Canyon Lake VFD for many years, he served as President for several years also. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Corpus Christi.

A Celebration of Life will be held at his home at Canyon Lake, Texas 78133. From Noon to 6:00 pm on March 4th, 2023. Come join the Family and many friends. Please bring lawn chairs. Donations will be accepted to continue the Wilkins Ranch Legacy of almost 50 years at Canyon Lake.

He has chosen to be Cremated and His Ashes distributed as is his final wishes.
