Hayden M. Brandon passed into peace at the age of 17, on Jun 28, 2023.

Hayden was born in San Antonio, but called the town of New Braunfels, home.  Born April 7, 2006, he was raised by his loving mother, Alex Brandon, along with tons of love and support from family and friends.

His love of animals was evident at a young age when he bonded with a boy's best friend, pups Boo and Beckham. He later came to love Elliott, who considered Hayden "his boy," along with Charlotte. Hayden most recently rescued and adopted a spunky but loving kitten, Niko. Along with his Mom, Hayden fostered a great number of rescue dogs; always providing care and love until they found the dogs their "forever homes."

Hayden was curious, inquisitive, sincerely kind, artistic, creative, fiercely loyal with family and friends, and the light in so many lives. A true-blue friend, Hayden always "had your back," as many of his family and friends can attest to. In his short years on this earth, he enjoyed spending his free time with his animals, skateboarding,  listening to music, building computers, and playing the guitar.

One particular love was spending time at the family's hill country haven. There he learned and loved to fish, swim, kayak, paddleboard, explore the hills for arrowheads and other treasures; and go on "adventures of exploration." Many magical times were spent in that paradise.

Hayden is survived by his Mother, Alex Brandon; his Grandmothers, Jan Mayulianos and Jacki Priester; his Grandfathers, John Brandon and Andy Priester, his Aunts and Uncles, Lindsey Brandon and Caleb Sanders; Ashley and Kevin Meier; Rebekah and Mike Gatlin; his brother Ace Markovic, and a host of extended aunts, uncles, and cousins. Just as deeply loved, were his friends and bonus family.

Hayden's star burned bright, furious and way too fast. Yet that light burns so brilliant we know it will light our hearts forever more.

A Memorial Service will be held, Thursday, July 6, 2023 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm at
