Helen Joan Wright, age 75, passed away peacefully at home, September 20, 2020. She was born April 7, 1945 to Carl and Leona Schultz, in Houston, Texas.

She worked at Walmart in New Braunfels, Texas for 22 years. She enjoyed garage sales, family time, and watching and feeding the wildlife.

She is survived by her husband, of 53 years, Donald Wright, son Douglas Wright and wife Janelle, daughter Elizabeth Cuthbert and husband Robert, grandchildren Hannah, Daniel, and Anastasia.

She is also survived by her brother, Gilbert Schultz and Sister, Bernice Smelley.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home, 1071 FM 2673, Sattler Texas.  Graveside service will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at Hill Country Memorial Gardens, 11700 Hwy 46 West, New Braunfels, Texas.
