James Allen
Adams, Jr.
Dec 6, 1981 — Oct 25, 2021
James was born on December 6, 1981, to the marriage of James Allen Adams and Judy England Adams in Tyler, Texas.
He attended Athens High School and Jersey Village High School after graduation he attended Texas Tech and graduated with honors and graduated from Southern Methodist University Law School.
James was a loving father, son, and brother. He passed away too young, and we will miss him very much. He wanted to help people with mental health issues. James had a soft spot for the less fortunate, it's a shame his dream will never be. He blessed us with two beautiful children which he loved more than anything in the world. James enjoyed fishing, music, reading, playing dominoes, growing plants, art, and baseball, but most of all his favorite thing was hanging out with his kids.
Survivors include his mother, Judy Diggles and stepfather, Alfred Diggles, children, Texanna Rae and Levi Allen Adams, sister, Kristy Castillo, brother-in-law Tony Castillo, half-sister, Macy Everett, grandmother, Thelma Donaldson and nephew, Cole Castillo. He is proceeded in death by his father, James Allen Adams and grandmother, Betty Joyce Driver England.
Prayer:
In your hands, O Lord, we humbly entrust our brothers and sisters.
In this life you embraced them with your tender love.
Deliver them now from every evil and bid them eternal rest.
The old order has passed away: Welcome them into paradise,
There there will be no sorrow, no weeping or pain, but fullness of peace and joy
With your Son and the Holy Spirit forever and ever.
Amen.
Life celebration memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday December 4, 2021 at the chapel of Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home 189 N. Seguin Ave. New Braunfels, Texas.
