Obituary

On May 9, 2025,  James " Jim or Jimmie" Earl  Jendry was called home to join our Lord.

He was a loving husband, father, grandpa and friend to many.  Born in Westhoff, Texas in 1940, He was the only child of Edward and Hedwig Respondek Jendry

Jim was preceded in death by his parents and loving wife of 60 years, Carolyn Laskowski Jendry.

Jim is survived by sons, Steven (Racquel), and Dennis (Susan), and grandchildren, Michael Jendry, Matthew Jendry (Fiancé Brittany Neal), and Kyle French. .

Jim was a very active Parishioner in the St Joseph Catholic Church at Honey Creek since 1976. He served as a Eucharistic Minister, served on the church Building Committee, served on the festival committee and was a member of the Parish Council, just to name a few of his roles. He was a devoted Catholic.

Jim worked tirelessly with his wife building and running their business at Jendry Construction for more than 20 years.

Jim loved woodworking, he remodeled his home and built his own cabinets.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting with friends, and family

The family will receive friends and family on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 9AM at St. Joseph Catholic  Church at Honey Creek  with the Rosary at 9:30AM, followed by 10AM Mass, and Interment  in the St. Joseph Honey Creek Cemetery.
