Jarrett Kingsley Lott, age 47, of New Braunfels, Texas, formerly from Runge, TX, passed away on June 5, 2025. Born on August 15, 1977, in Karnes City, Texas, Jarrett was raised in the small town of Runge, where he spent his childhood exploring his love for adventure and the outdoors.

From a young age, Jarrett was intrigued by car stereo systems, remote-control cars, go-carts, and ATVs. This interest later led to his love for fast cars.  A proud Yellowjacket, Jarrett excelled in high school sports such as football and powerlifting. He was also actively involved in the Future Farmers of America, showing animals and embracing the freedom of country life that he loved so much. Later in life, Jarrett could often be found fishing at his grandparents' tank, singing and dancing, or hosting barbecues with family and friends. Jarrett's vibrant personality meant he never met a stranger, as he had a unique ability to make everyone feel like family; he always went out of his way to lend a hand.

After graduating from Texas A&M University in College Station with a degree in Management Information Systems, Jarrett worked at MicroAge Computers for four years. But the desk job life wasn't for him. His determination and entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own successful directional drilling company, Kingsley Energy Services. Through his work, he built lasting friendships and a respected legacy in the energy industry.

But above all, Jarrett's greatest pride was his two sons, Evan and Aidan Lott. He was a devoted father, and his love for them was immeasurable. His legacy will live on through them.

Jarrett is survived by his beautiful sons, Evan and Aidan Lott of Seguin, Texas; his mother, Janet Lott of San Marcos, Texas; his sister, Janna Lott-Richards (brother-in-law, Tristan, nephew Ellis, and niece Roslyn) of Canyon Lake, Texas; and a close-knit circle of friends who were like family.

He was preceded in death by his identical twin, Jason Kenneth Lott; his grandfathers, Joe B. Liska and Homer Lott, Sr.; and his grandmothers, Regina Liska and Edith Lott.

While Jarrett's passing leaves a deep void, those who knew him will forever remember his infectious laugh, his love of Tejano music, and his ability to light up any room with a story or joke. He lived life to the fullest, and his love for his family and friends will continue to inspire everyone who was touched by his presence.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, June 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in New Braunfels, Texas.
