Jason B. Brooks, age 49, of Canyon Lake passed away Friday, January 8, 2021.

He was born October 8, 1971 in Austell, Georgia the son of Ima Gene (Thomason) Shaw and Lee Brooks.

He proudly served his country with 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and 5 years in the Army National Guard.

Mr. Brooks was a faithful member of Greater Life Church and was very fond of his church family.

He is survived by his wife Carrie (Kaiser) Brooks; 3 children – Jeremiah, Jacqueline, and Benjamin; his mother – Ima Gene (Ken) Shaw; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.

A Memorial Service, with military honors, will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Greater Life Church, 130 Enchantment Lane, New Braunfels, Texas.
