Jennifer (Jen)
Marie Lott
May 12, 1984 — Jun 19, 2023
In life you are blessed with people you get the privilege to call family. From beginning to end, their presence gives them a special place in our hearts. Although we don't get to have these people forever, they will always live on in our hearts and memories.
Jennifer (Jen) Marie Lott, 39, of Spring Branch, Tx., passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 19, 2023, in the comfort of her home. She is survived by her two children Sophia and Killian; mother, Nadine Martinez and step-father, Victor Martinez; sisters, Loretta Lott and Esther Lott; niece, Deja Rhone and great-niece, Eila Rose Rhone; nephew, Aiden Lott; loved ones Cody Nale and Debbie Martinez; her California family of numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
With each of us being completely different and unique, from living in the city and having everyone and everything around you; to living the free spirited country life, having just nature and the night time sky. Jen was the free-spirited soul of our family. She will be dearly missed for her sweet smile, love for her family, her quick wit and humor, her love of the universe and her love for all of God's creations. Jen never met a stranger. She was always kind and gracious to everyone she encountered. There was always a smile on her face and no matter the situation, she always looked at the bright side. Jen was also an extraordinary cook; constantly in the kitchen creating new recipes. She loved music! Her all-time favorite song being "Plush", by Stone Temple Pilots (acoustic version).
She loved nature and was an admirer of the universe, the stars and the moon. She didn't see the world as we see it. She always chose to be herself, no matter what anyone thought. She lived everyday on her own terms. Always staying grounded and never letting anyone tell her otherwise. Jen saw her passing as graduating to the next life and was excited to see her loved ones that left before her. She wasn't afraid.
In the words of Jen "Love and Light, Always".
A memorial service for Jen will be held on Saturday, July 8th at 11 a.m. at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Tx.
