Jose Francisco Rios was born to Juan Jose & Maria (Balterria) Rios on March 6, 1962 in Caldwell, Idaho.

He passed from this life on March 16, 2023 in New Braunfels, Texas at the age of 61.

Jose was preceded in death by his father and his son, Bobby Rios in 2014.

He is survived by his wife, Delma L. Rios of New Braunfels, Texas; mother, Maria Rios of New Braunfels; children, Annalisa Medrano & Joe of Cibolo, Texas, Jose Rios, Jr. & wife, Maria of Zorn, Texas and Augustin Rios & wife, Amy of New Braunfels, Texas; 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and numerous additional relatives and dear friends.

He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. His biggest joy was being surrounded by his family especially his grandchildren. He was the "Rock" of his family. The rock that anyone could lean on for support no matter the problem. He always cared, loved and fought for his family even during his hardest battles. He never showed weakness and always maintained his faith, proving to be a great example of what a husband, father, brother and son should strive to be.

Graveside Services & Interment will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 21, 2023

at Hill Country Memorial Gardens, 11700 TX – 46, New Braunfels, Texas 78132.
