Joyce L. King was born to Bill & Maggie Fellers on March 25, 1939 in Nixon, Texas.  She passed from this life on February 18, 2021 in Bulverde, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill & Maggie Fellers; daughter, Debbie Ransom; grandson, John Blandford and brothers, Wilbert Fellers and Willie Fellers.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Stock & husband, Lewis of Bulverde, Texas; granddaughter, Mandee Stock; grandsons, Darryl Blandford, Will Hoyle & wife, Ashley, George Ransom III & Jackie, Matthew Stock & wife, Genesis and Samuel Ransom and numerous great-grandchildren.

She loved to garden and was an amazing cook.  Holidays always brought lots of family, food, fun and love! In later years she enjoyed doing puzzles with her family and loved visiting with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a Loving Mother and Nanny.  She adored her family and she always put them first.  Our hearts are broken, and she will be greatly missed.

Public Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Texas.  Occupant limits of 50 attendees will be adhered to with social distancing.  Masks will be required.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the National Aphasia Association, aphasia.org.

A private family graveside service is planned.
