Keith Arnold Dunn, 79 years old, of Canyon Lake, TX, went to be with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on June 7, 2025.

He was born November 9, 1945 in Aleppa, PA to Forrest and Jane Dunn, and was the oldest of 13 children. The family lived in Cameron, West Virginia and Keith graduated from Cameron High school in 1963. After graduation Keith enlisted in the Army and walked ashore in Vun Tau when the main body of the 25th infantry's 1st Brigade arrived in Vietnam on April 28, 1966. After separating from the Army Keith decided to re-enlist and served in Alaska.

After his second enlistment, Keith traveled all around the United States working as a builder, hunting guide, and handyman. In early 1980 he moved to Texas where he worked at the Christian Corral Ranch and the Valley View Christian Home and Academy. In 1999 he married Cynthia Anne Smith, with whom he had worked for 13 years at Valley View and the two began working at National Parks all over the US until he retired in 2004.

Keith was a good Husband, brother, and friend. He loved the Lord Jesus Christ and was a member of Grace Bible Church of Canyon Lake, where he attended faithfully.

Keith was preceded in death by his father, Forrest, his mother, Jane, his stepmother, Majel Dunn, brother, Larry, sisters, Ruthie, Michelle (Earnest), and Carolyn (Blake).

Keith is survived by his wife of 25 years, Cynthia, He is also survived by his siblings: a very favorite sister, Donna,  Alberta/Scottie (Greathouse), Debbie (Neely), Yaunetta Dunn, Diane (Avila), and Sharon (Davis) brothers: James (Pam), and Andrew (Vicky), and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a great-great nephew (Maverick)

Arrangements were made by the Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home and a Memorial Service will be held at Grace Bible Church of Canyon Lake on June 29, during the morning worship service. A private interment will be at Hill County Memorial Gardens at the convenience of the family.

The Family would like to give a special thank you to all the staff in the ICU and Neuro care at St. Luke's Baptist Hospital and all the folks at Legend Oaks South Healthcare and Rehabilitation who cared for Keith from May, 5-June 7, 2025. Y'all were very kind and caring.
