Lynda "Lolly" Jones Schoggin, age 64, of Canyon Lake, Texas passed away unexpectedly on September 15 ^th , 2020. She was so very loved by her family and numerous friends. She brightened the lives of everyone she met and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Lyn was born in Corpus Christi, to two loving parents, Jesse and Ann. She was a high school athlete who often spoke of her love of basketball, and Coach Beard, who left a great impression on her life.

She married the love of her life, Robbie, on February 15, 1975, and they celebrated their 45 ^th wedding anniversary earlier this year. They built a life together in Canyon Lake, on the "Rock Pile," where they raised two sons (Jeff and Hank), giving them a home full of adventure, laughter and happiness. Her greatest joy above all, was being "Lolly" to her four grandsons. She adored them, loved spending time with them, and most of all spoiling them.

She had the incredible ability to see the bright side, no matter what, and did her best to help others do the same. Lyn loved to spend her time outside, down by "the creek," and at the beach. She also loved to tell the great stories of the sailing trips her and Robbie would take with their friends, Beth and Al. Her face would light up when she would talk about a recent visit with her sister Katie.

Lyn is survived by her husband, Robbie, sons Jeff and Hank, daughters-in-law Stephanie and Jackie, her beloved grandsons Patrick, Jacob, Owen and Caleb, sister Katie (John) Flowers, brother Mike, mother-in-law Baggy, brothers-in-law Doug (Jackie), Dennis, sisters-in-law Lisa and Joan, nephews Brandon, Casey, Jimmy and Brent, nieces Michellie, Cristina, Emily, Alyssa and Katrina, and countless friends. She will meet her heavenly family, Jesse and Ann, Paw-Paw, brother Patrick, and sister Judy.

Due to COVID mandates, a private memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26 ^th , with a public celebration at a later date.
