Margaret Louise Neff, age 96 of Fischer, Texas was born July 17, 1924 in Pineland, Texas. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 8, 2021, at her home.  Margaret was a devoted wife, mother and Meme.

She graduated from Milby High School in Houston, Texas. She married the love of her life Charles Neff in 1947 and they were married for 51 years. She retired from Pearland State Bank in Pearland, Texas as the head of the Accounting Department and spent all her working career in the banking industry. She was an avid gardener and was a member of the Late Bloomers Garden Club in Canyon Lake, Texas where she acquired many loving friends. She was the oldest member of the Northshore Methodist Church in Canyon Lake, Texas.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband Charles, mother Jessie Gillespie and step-father Summie Gillespie. She lost her biological father, Robert Engleman at an early age.

She is survived by her daughter Jeanette Morris and husband Willie, her son Charles Neff, Jr. and wife Bobbie, granddaughter Krissy Morris, grandson Michael Neff and wife Brandy, grandson Dwayne Morris and wife Brandy, granddaughter Natalie Pesek and husband Paul, and 14 great-grandchildren.

She will be laid to rest in Pearland, Texas with a family graveside service on February 13, 2021. There will be a celebration of life service at a later date at the Northshore Methodist Church, Canyon Lake, Texas.
