Noel Edward Harvey, 85, a resident of Kerrville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.  Noel was born in Nixon, Texas on April 15, 1940. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Mahan Harvey, and his father, Noel Alvro Harvey.  He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Harvey Sifford, brother-in-law, Lewis "Woody" Sifford, his children, Cheryl Harvey McClendon, Lisa Harvey, Jonathan Harvey, Nelsey Gomez Harvey, and Michael Harvey.  He has 7 grandchildren.

Noel was a proud member of the Greek Orthodox Church.  He had many hobbies including sailing, cooking, playing the guitar, and collecting coins. He was a graduate of Thomas Edison High School in San Antonio, and the University of Houston.  Noel will be missed and remembered as a good man with good wit.

Noel's final resting place will be in Dewville Cemetery.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
