Patricia Buske Butler was born to Frank & Ruby (Kirmse) Buske on May 28, 1936, in New Braunfels, Texas.

With her family by her side, she passed from this life on August 20, 2025 in Sugar Land, Texas at the age of 89.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Leon Robinson "Speedy" Butler, her parents and brother Charles Buske.

She is survived by her son Frank Butler & wife, Patti of Lafayette, LA and daughter, Tracey Hite & husband, Daniel of Sugar Land; granddaughters Kodi McClelland & husband, Garrett; Kyli Prem & husband, Ben; and Kendall Records of Dallas, Texas; great grandchildren Franki McClelland, Colton McClelland, Zoey Prem and Tucker Prem.

Patricia graduated from New Braunfels High School where she thoroughly enjoyed being a Rangerette. After graduation she worked at United Gas where she met her husband Speedy. Family was her priority. She loved being a mom and all that came with it. She was a room mother, troop mom and engaged her children in many activities. She made their beautiful costumes for the Kindermasken Parade. While Tracey was teaching, Pat sewed Christmas stockings and made little Easter baskets for the whole class. And treated them to her delicious baked cookies and cupcakes.

She was creative, artistic and quite a seamstress.  Pat also had quite a soft spot for animals, especially dogs.

She was a wonderful, kindhearted soul and the best mom ever.

A Graveside Service will begin at 12:00 PM noon on Wednesday, August 27 at the Comal Cemetery in New Braunfels, Texas.
