In Loving Memory of Presley Margaret Ross
May 2, 2024 – June 4, 2026

Presley Margaret Ross was born to Grantham W. Ross & Karen M. Chapman on May 2, 2024 in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Presley was a bright light whose love, joy, and gentle spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. Though her time with us was far too short, the memories she created and the love she shared will remain in the hearts of her family forever.

Presley was adventurous, affectionate, funny, gentle, and kind. She saw the world as a place full of wonder and excitement and approached each day with curiosity and delight. She loved being outdoors, playing in the dirt, collecting bugs, picking flowers, and exploring
everything around her. Every day on her walk to daycare at the gym, she would stop to smell the roses, taking in the beauty around her with a smile that brightened the day of everyone she met.

Presley loved her alphabet, her baby dolls, and all the simple joys of childhood. She delighted in games of peekaboo, being chased by those who loved her, and showering family, friends, and even new acquaintances with hugs and kisses. She never met a stranger and had a remarkable way of making everyone feel special and loved.

Animals held a special place in her heart, and she adored spending time with her big brother and cousins, laughing and playing from morning until night. She was fascinated by her daddy's boots and hats and could often be found trying them on whenever she had the chance. She loved Mickey Mouse, swinging high through the air, and anything that gave her a little thrill. Fearless and independent, Presley embraced life with enthusiasm and joy, always seeking her next adventure.

At home, Presley spent every night close to her mom and dad, surrounded by the love that defined her life. She was beautiful and perfect in every way—smart, independent, and full of personality beyond her years. To know Presley was to experience unconditional love. She was the embodiment of joy, tenderness, and affection, and her presence made the world brighter.

Presley is survived by her loving parents; her beloved brother, Grantham Ross Jr.; and her unborn baby sister, Peyton Ross. She is also survived by her paternal grandparents, David and Mary Ross of Houston; her maternal grandparents, Kathleen Hansen of Medford,
Oregon, and Thomas Chapman of San Marcos; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who loved her dearly.

Though our hearts are broken by her absence, we find comfort in the immeasurable love she gave and the precious memories she leaves behind. Presley taught us to stop and smell the roses, to find joy in the little things, to seek adventure, and to love freely and
completely. Her beautiful spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.

A Memorial Service Celebrating Presley's Life will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at North Shore United Methodist Church, 23880 N. Cranes Mill Road, Canyon Lake, Texas 78133.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Swim for Presley Fund, established to help provide swimming lessons for children whose families may be experiencing financial hardship.  To learn more about this fund please contact the family directly.
