Quincy Nell "Noni" Simmonds Crawford, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, went home to be with the Lord on September 10, 2020 at the age of 94.

Quincy was born on March 20, 1926 in Vernon, Texas where she grew up and attended high school.

She was the loving wife of Kelly Leon Crawford, for 57 years before he preceded her in death in 1998.  She was also preceded in death by her parents Hazel and J.Q. Simmonds, and brother Winston Simmonds.

Quincy was dedicated to her family and friends. She enjoyed nothing more than the opportunity to welcome them into her home, or travel to visit with them. Quincy was always there with good food to share, a big hug, and lots of laughter. She particularly cherished her time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Quincy is survived by her children, Barbara Nell Crawford, Dan Kelly Crawford (Nancy), and Beverly Diane Teague, all of San Antonio;  grandchildren, Chris Crawford (Michelle), Tori White (Jesse), Jake Teague, Tricia Gardner (Patrick), and Kellie Riley (Patrick) and great-grandchildren, Erin, Riley, Kylie, and Fox. She is also survived by her brother, Darrell Simmonds of Denton and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Private Family Funeral Service honoring her life will be held and burial will follow at Comal Cemetery.
