Roy Lafayette Wilson, age 84, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on December 7, 2020. He was born on May 4, 1936 in Rogers, Arkansas to Frank J and Nellie Faye (Moore) Wilson. He was a loving and faithful husband, a cherished father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, as well as a veteran of the United States Army. He came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at an early age and that faith guided him throughout his life.

He is survived by his loving wife Clola Mae (Reavis) Wilson of New Braunfels, Texas, son, Brian Leon Wilson and wife Elizabeth of Sarasota, Florida, daughter Debra Diane Hendrickson and husband Charlie of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Suzanne Marie Brooks, grandson, Jesse Lafayette Brooks, his parents, Frank J and Nellie Faye Wilson, and his sister Linda Kay Cotton.
