Rudolfo Gomez Jr. AKA "Chano" was born on July 31, 1963 in New Braunfels, Texas.

He passed from this life surrounded by his family on June 13, 2022 in New Braunfels, Texas

Rudolfo was preceded in death by his wife, Dana Gomez and daughter, Veronica Jackson.

He is survived by his father, Rudolfo Gomez Sr.; mother, Paubla Castilleja Gomez; son, Cedric Gomez; son-in-law, Steven Jackson; grandchildren, Jalen Guillermo and K'vion Jackson; sister, Barbara Elizondo; nephew, Edward Elizondo & his wife, Diana Elizondo and their children and niece, Janell Elizondo and her children.

Chano loved everything San Antonio Spurs and even more Dallas Cowboys.  Chano will be remembered by his family as always loving and giving.

A Viewing will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM (with a Rosary being Recited at 7:00 PM) on Monday, June 20, 2022 at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Texas.

A Procession will depart Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Texas at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 in route to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in New Braunfels for a Mass to begin at 10:00 AM and to be followed by a procession to Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery on Peace Street in New Braunfels, Texas.
