Senta Diezi Knox was born to Jacob & Senta (Zeisig) Diezi on November 6, 1932 in New Braunfels, Texas.

She passed from this life on Sunday, June 6, 2021 after a brief illness at the age of 88.

Senta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, "Oma", and friend.  She loved cooking, baking, and traveling.  She was happiest when the wheels were rolling.

Senta was preceded in death by parents and her husband, James T. Knox III.

Survivors include her children,  James T. Knox IV & wife, Vanessa of Anthony, NM, Martha Carberry of New Braunfels, TX, and Ruth Alverez of San Marcos, TX; six grandchildren & their spouses:  James & Hunter Knox of Richmond, WA, Norman "Bud" & Elizabeth Carberry of Oconomowoc, WI, Heather & Cory Starr of Medical Lake, WA, Amanda Carberry of New Braunfels, TX, Jamie & Aaron Sachs of Seattle, WA, and Benjamin & Jessica Alverez Knox of San Antonio, TX; ; four great-grandchildren, Kailer Starr, Alix Knox, Everlee Carberry, and Coralynn Carberry; two sister-in-laws, Patricia Diezi of Katy, TX and Sarah Knox of Spring, TX; two nieces & three nephews and their families.

Senta loved to visit with her family often.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Comal Cemetery, 301 Peace Ave., New Braunfels, TX.
