Susan Carol Phillips, 59, Of Canyon Lake, Texas, passed away on October 11, 2023, at her home in Canyon Lake. She was born July 16, 1964, in Houston, Texas to Kenneth and Jean (Buetell) Huseman.

Susan accepted Christ at an early age and was confirmed at the Woodforest Lutheran Church. She truly had the Lord in her heart. Susan met her future husband and forever soulmate, Bryan Phillips, at the age of 14. They married in 1985 and relocated to Canyon Lake, TX.

Susan was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who loved nothing more than spending time with her family. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them, she especially loved her role as "Nanny".

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Bryan; children, Kaleigh and Cody; Daughter-in-law, Brittany; Grandchildren, Bailey and Riley (Cody), soon to be granddaughter (Kaleigh); beloved family, nieces, nephews, and many friends. She will be missed by all that knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Doeppenschmidt Funeral Home at Canyon Lake in Sattler, Texas with Bro. Rick Bartlett officiating.
