Violet S. Voges, 92, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 26th, 2023.

Violet loved her family.  Throughout her life, Violet and her husband, Leonard, had several successful businesses. She was one of the founders of Heritage Museum of the Texas Hill Country, where she spent her time organizing, fundraising, and decorating. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, winning the Texas Sweetheart for the Chapter.  She was a member in the Comal County Home Demonstration, and volunteered at numerous community events.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard, in 2022.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and brother.  She is survived by: daughters, Janet Fields and husband Mike; and Brenda Scott; sons, Staton Voges and wife Teresa; Kenton Voges; and Tim Voges and wife Serena; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Smith; brother-in-law, Mark Voges; sister-in-law and life-long friend, Doris Nell Voges; Godchildren, Andy Schneider; Rie Nell Voges; Carola Davis; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin 9:00am Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, and will continue until service time.  A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in New Braunfels.  A Family Graveside Service will be held at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
