Walter Briach Wallace, Jr. was born to Walter & Edith (Briach) Wallace on June 23, 1965, in Perth Anboy, NJ.  He passed from this life on April 13, 2022, in Spring Branch, Texas at the age of 56.

Wally was preceded in death by his parents and best friend Robert "Butch" Roller. He is survived by his loving wife, Dena B. Wallace; children, Bret Michael (12), Brooke Mackenzie (11) and Vince Neil (9) Wallace, all of Spring Branch, Texas; sister, Ginger & husband, David; Uncle, John Gimelli; in-laws, Glenn and Donna Cook; sisters-in-law, Glenna Evans & husband, Matt, Kara Tiburca & husband, Beni and Edrea Gonzales & husband, Gabe; cousins, Carol Kocher and Betty "Betts" Marsh; nieces and nephew, Sarah, Ben, Melissa, and Elizabeth.

Wally was blessed with many special people in his life: neighbor/like a mother, Pat Sheppard; brother in Christ, Chad Clark & wife, Stephanie; sister in Christ, Patti Petrone; best friends, Mark Cherokee, Matt Brozovich, Paul Ivan and Kenny Knox; friends, Cheyne Day, Alan Chamberlin, Matt Dick, Jeff Russo, Mark Astorina and Dottie Rechner; co-workers/partners/A Team, Randy Simpson, Mike Pool, Tony & Mike Zupa, Bill Parkinson, Dan Johnson, Rick Molina, Shawn Howard, Charles Cockrell, Howard Belfor, Allen Chen, Peter Willington, John White and Kathryn Losinicki-Hussong; kidney advocates, Dr. Marc Brozovich, Dr. Michael Chancellor, Dr. Joe Rossi, Kent Bressler, Riley Gaston and Domeka Long; spiritual intercessors, David Webb, Ron Hutcherson, Jon Redmond, and Fr. Chuck; Saturday Morning Men's Group that carried Wally to end of his race, Chad Clark, Josh Clark, Roy Adame, Jack Dennis, Stephen Gamst, Alfred, Ethan, Eric, Jorge Gutierrez, Matthew Lopez, Billie Fuller, Xavier, and Trey.

Wally graduated from Point Park University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 1997 with a Master's in Business Administration, and MIT Sloan School of Management with Executive Education in 2019. He adored his family and sacrificed greatly for them. He loved riding horses, dirt bikes and Harleys. Manresa Beach was his happy place. Bodybuilding was his lifestyle. His dining favorite was Pizza My Heart (Santa Cruz) or Morton's Steak House with a bottle of Silver Oak. Wally was an astute businessman, razor- sharp historian of American History, and staunch conservative. Strong with his convictions, he was truly one of a kind. He loved Texas as it was a very special place for him because he started his professional career in Texas with Westinghouse Electric in 1990. Wally worked all over the world but enjoyed working the most at General Electric under Mark Mcdonough and Jack Welch. Anyone that had the honor of knowing Walter Wallace was a better person for it. Wally sharpened the skills of everyone he partnered and worked with. Wally built, supported, and maintained an "A Team" around him. He had a "6 finger rule" he administered by: 1. Sales 2. Revenue 3. Gross Margin 4. Overhead. 5 EBITDA 6. DSO Aging. He was brilliant. He was a precise judge of character. He was mentally unbreakable.

History will treat him well.
