Sue Dell Ponfick was born on October 9th, 1940, and passed away on February 3rd, 2026, at the age of 85 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J Ponfick Jr on April 25th, 2025, and their adopted daughter Miranda Marie Ponfick.

Sue is survived by her 5 children, Ann Wright, Walter Ponfick, Chris Ponfick, D'Layne Fleming and Linsey Ponfick. And, her sister Ann Cerruti, as well as 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Sue was very active as a young mother and loved the outdoors. She loved, supported, and stood by her beloved husband throughout their 66 years together. Sue was known as "Memaw" to her family and to the many foster children which she and her husband cared for. She was also an active seeker of truth, as she spent much time in God's word.

A Graveside Service & Interment will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park in New Braunfels, Texas.
