She lived her life with a full heart of gold and a mission to support those in need of her fellow man and four legged friends. Her passions were her family, all animals and the elderly. She lived most of her life in New York but moved to Texas about twenty years ago to care for her elderly mother. She will be remembered for her generous and giving spirit. She often took in and cared for strays or any animal in need of a bath and a meal. She gave to anyone who had a need that she could assist with in any way possible. Wanda had a flair for decor and if you knew her you felt comfortable in all her spaces. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

There will be a private family memorial in May in New York.
